1. Special Notes on Custom Products
Our leaf carving art is a personalized, handcrafted item, uniquely made based on your photos, text, and specifications. Returns or refunds are not accepted unless there’s a quality issue.
Please double-check your photo, custom text, size, and other details before placing your order.
2. Eligible for Refund or Remake
We’ll provide a free remake or full refund in the following cases:
The product arrives severely damaged during shipping (clear unboxing video required).
The delivered item significantly mismatches your order (e.g., wrong carving, size, or missing elements).
3. Return/Refund Process
Contact our customer support within 7 days of receipt (include order number, issue description, and photos).
We’ll respond and confirm the solution within 1-2 business days.
Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Poor final quality due to low-resolution, blurry, or unsuitable photos provided by the customer.
Package loss due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Requests for returns based on subjective reasons (e.g., changing your mind or disliking the result).
